PUT NEGATIVE PROB OF METER IN P(+) TERMINAL AND
POSITIVE PROB TO R,S,T AND U,V,W TERMINAL . IN METER DISPLAY
SHOWS 0.3 TO 0.7. DRIVES LOWER IGBT IS OK.
THEN
PUT POSITIVE PROB OF METER IN PR(-) TERMINAL AND
NEGITIVE PROB TO R,S,T AND U,V,W TERMINAL . IN METER DISPLAY
SHOWS 0.3 TO 0.7 . DRIVES UPPER IGBT IS OK.
(2) CHECK DC BUS
GIVE POWER TO DRIVE AND CHECK OUTPUT VOLTAGE
PUT POSITIVE PROB TO P(+) TERMINAL AND NEGATIVE PROB TO U,V,W
METER SHOWS 560 TO 700 V DC.
THEN
PUT NEGATIVE PROB TO PR(-) TERMINAL AND POSITIVE PROB TO U,V,W
METER SHOWS 560 TO 700 V DC.
(3)CHECK VISUAL INSPECTION
SHOW IN ELECTRIC BOARD AND VISUALIZE ALL COMPONENT
SHOW WHERE IS COMPONENT DAMAGE OR BERNT.
YOU SEE ANY COMPONENT DAMAGE OR BERNT.
REPLACE THE COMPONENT.
(4)CHECK COMPONENT
WHEN EVER YOU NOT ABLE TO CHECK COMPONENT YOU NOT NEED TO WORRY YOU JUST COMPARE VALUE OF SAME COMPONENT AND YOU FIND DAMAGE COMPONENT.

BUT, WHEN DIODE IS CONNECT IN ANY CIRCUIT BORD IT'S ADD SOME RESISTANCE OR CAPACITANCE WITH IT AND WE MADE WRONG DECISION .
SO WHEN DIODE IS FREE CHECK WITH MULTI METER .
PUT MULTI METER IN DIODE MODE AND POSITIVE PROBE IN POSITIVE (ANODE ) TERMINAL OR NEGATIVE PROB IN NEGATIVE (CATHODE) TERMINAL .
IT'S GIVE VALUE APROX 0.3 TO 0.8 .
AND REVERSE POLARITY MULTI METER SHOWS OL .
WHEN DIODE SHOWS DIFFERENT VALUE OR CONTINUITY DIODE IS BROKEN.
WHEN DIODE IS CONNECTED ON CIRCUIT BORD , PULL OUT ONE OF THEM TERMINAL AND CHECK THE VALUE .
WHEN IT'S SHOWS DIFFERENT THAT MEAN YOUR DIODE IS BROKEN .
AND ITS SHOWS CORRECT VALUE THAT MEAN YOUR DIODE IS OK.
